Spiritually, I feel it. But my body? It doesn’t feel safe holding this bigger energy yet.

My nervous system was wired for chaos from childhood, so subconsciously, I’m self-sabotaging.

No blame, no resentment. My parents did their best with what they knew. No one taught them about trauma, and they carried their own wounds.

But this cycle ends with me.

This is the work I’m doing now—rewiring my system to feel safe in expansion.

And when I fully embody it, I’ll be teaching it inside THRC and breaking it down in a powerful masterclass. Because healing isn’t just about the body—it’s about the soul stepping into alignment.
