The ONE thing that most people seem to keep forgetting in their quest for health

Last week I received a message from a good friend who’s a personal trainer in Glasgow (to make the picture clearer I want you to know that he’s a great PT who gets phenomenal results with his clients) who wanted me to send him my article on the benefits of Intermittent Fasting (IF) as a lady had called him out on social media for recommending IF.

She had accused him of promoting a binge eating culture and that it was an approach which could damage peoples health.

I duly send him my article and after he showed her all the amazing benefits of IF she agreed to delete her comments.

However, in response to her accusation, I thought I would shoot a quick response myself because there’s ONE thing that most people seem to keep forgetting in their quest for health.
