Not only have the media and government scared people to death with fear porn and propaganda which would have lowered peoples immunity massively …
… but by insisting on an unnecessary lockdown for a “virus” which even at its peak had a 0.0047% mortality rate, they have will have caused many deaths and long lasting health issues through different means.
One of those means will have been keeping people locked in their houses breathing toxic fumes.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) research shows that the air in people’s houses can be 10 to 100 times more toxic and polluted than that of the air outside.
Therefore, keeping people scared and locked in their houses with CIA brainwashing phrases, such as “Stay Home, Save Lives”, meant they were literally poisoning people, as well as hugely increasing their risk of anxiety and depression.
“How bad can staying indoors and breathing in that air really be though, Ryan?”, I hear you say.
Well, studies show that indoor air pollution can increase wheezing, cause headaches, cause disorientation, lead to the development of certain cancers, and increase your risk of heart attack and stroke … so, pretty bad.
These health risks come from the fact that many house hold items are constantly off gassing toxins and chemicals.
Everything from carpets, air fresheners, household cleaners, volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), plastics, poorly maintained fuel-burning appliances and more.
So, if you have been spending a lot of time in your house, then it’s time to make sure your start to get plenty of fresh air.
Making these several small changes to your everyday routine, such as …
– opening the windows in your house,
– decorating with plants such as Aloe, English Ivy or Peace Lilly’s,
– running an air purifier
– not using toxic air fresheners or scented candles, &
– having your air ducts cleaned and filters changed
… can make a significant difference in the quality of the air you breathe.
Even better than that, get outside for at least one hour a day in the fresh air amongst nature.
Doing these things will greatly increase not only your physically health, but your mental health too.
Health & Happiness
Ryan
P.S. If you’re wondering why the government (who claim to have your best interest and health at heart) haven’t mentioned any of this to you …
… then maybe you’re just starting to see the real picture.
