If you want to keep yourself healthy this winter, as well as flu, and “coronavirus” free,
Then making sure you get optimal amounts of vitamin D is essential, and a safe tanning bed can be a great way to do that.
Research has shown sunbeds have been shown to be highly therapeutic during the winter months as they stimulate Vitamin D3 which boosts the immune system, and prevents colds and viruses like the flu.
>>>New study finds sunbeds to be effective in raising vitamin D levels<<<
Tanning beds have also been shown to dramatically increase vitamin D levels in the blood.
The key is to know what sunbeds to use because they are not all made equal.
And before people scream …
“What about skin cancer?!”
I’ll be covering that topic in more depth in 2 articles that I will be releasing soon.
One will be covering the importance of Vitamin D and UV exposure,
And one will be covering safe tanning beds and how they are powerful in increasing your health.
However, I will quickly touch in this by saying research has shown UV light and sun exposure actually reduces your chances of developing 16 different types of cancers including pancreatic, lung, ovarian, prostate, breast and skin cancers …
Studies have also shown that the lowest levels of skin cancer are in those countries where people are exposed to the sun the most, and the highest levels of skin cancer are found in countries where people are exposed to the sun the least.
To back this up here is a following passage from The Lancet:
“Paradoxically, outdoor workers have a decreased risk of melanoma compared with indoor workers, suggesting that chronic sunlight exposure can have a protective effect.”
I can see your eyebrows raising from here.
That goes against everything we have been told by the conventional media, doesn’t it?
Well, when you research long enough that becomes a familiar pattern.
I will also be posting my interview with Dr. Holick the author of the ‘Vitamin D Solution’ so you can see for yourself just how important this steroid hormone is.
*Vitamin D isn’t actually a vitamin if you didn’t already know, it’s a steroid hormone.
By listening to Dr. Holick you will be able to hear just how this steroid hormone influences virtually every cell in your body.
It is easily one of nature’s most potent cancer fighters.
Dr. Holick is also an advocate of safe tanning and tells people to look for a facility that has been certified by the International Smart Tan Network.
Obviously, this information isn’t an advert to go out there and get burnt or spend excessive amounts of time at the sunbed shop …
And depending on your skin type, you may have to use non-toxic sunscreens to protect your skin when getting a sunbed.
Similarly, you also need to be smart and cover-up if you’re in the sun too long.
However, when sun exposure is not an option like it isn’t in the winter months in many countries …
A safe tanning bed, which uses low to medium pressure fluorescent powered UVB lamps, not high pressured UVA lamps,
With electronic ballasts rather than magnetic ballasts – so to avoid unnecessary exposure to EMF fields – can be used, with phenomenal effects.
And if used properly, they can safely produce vitamin D in the winter months when it’s impossible to get enough sun to prevent disease.
Plus, full-body exposure from the sun not only has tremendous health benefits but if you have intestinal absorption issues …
Due to surgery, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, or diarrhea from infections…
You may not respond well to vitamin D supplementation, therefore a safe tanning bed could be a fantastic option for you.
Alternatively, as a last resort, a vitamin D3 supplement can be taken orally.

P.S. Its no wonder that when people go on holiday and get regular exposure to the sun they feel fantastic.
That’s because along with water the sun is the most life-giving entity in the planet.
It’s time we stopped fearing the sun, and instead respected it.
