“Sometimes a picture speaks a thousand words.”

When I look at those photos on the left they don’t even look like me.

It’s a strange feeling.

But I like to look back as it lets me remember what I went through.

The photos on left were taken before and during a holiday to New York just after I had taken another course of steroids for my keloid scarring – which you can see in the middle picture on the left.

Steroids combined with what I thought was a “healthy” diet lead me to balloon to 95kg in weight.

Compare that to today’s photo on the right where I am 76kg.

That’s almost a quarter of a person lost!

Plus, my skin almost completely healed. (I will post what my keloids looked like in my back and shoulders one day I just can’t find the photos at the moment.)

I look and feel younger at 33 than I did at 22.

And although the solution was simple…

It wasn’t an easy fix.

It took time and patience.

No quick fixes, no fad diets, no man made chemicals, no drugs, no medication and no poisonous products.

Just tried and tested nutritional and lifestyle protocols based on an all natural and holistic approach to health and healing.

I had to detoxify my system, heal my gut, heal my skin and transform my lifestyle choices.

It took me on a journey into holistic health, therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and I’ve never looked back since.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to help hundreds of people through their own struggles with the knowledge I’ve gained and with my priceless personal experience.

I feel privileged to be able to help others.

Hearing the joy in someone’s voice and the look on their face – when they have been struggling for months or years – and now they feel great, look fantastic and are finally happy in themselves again, is priceless.

Best of all is the fact that our approach is something they can adapt to their day to day life.

This is key as we are in this for the long game.

Health over look every time.

Remember, if you are healthy you will look good…

But people who look good aren’t always healthy.

So, if you are struggling with your weight management or a chronic health issue, I want you to know it does get better.

You just need to get to the root of the issue and not mask it with drugs, medication and surgery.

Which means you have to approach the problem from a different perspective.

Do this and you’ll be on the right path.
