If you don’t change your perception of who you are when it comes to your health or any other aspect of life for that matter, you’ll always be fighting a losing battle.

This is why diets never work.

They never work because they only focus on short term change.

After a brief period of restriction and eating differently, the person goes back to eating what they used to eat, and the weight comes piling back on.

In fact, because they have destroyed their metabolism with a super low-calorie diet for an extended period of time, they actually put back on more weight than what they lost.

This leads the person to feel down and demotivated, all whilst being forced to go back on another diet regime to lose the extra weight they put on.

Throughout this process, they end up losing that same 10 pounds they lost the first time, 10 more times.

This means that over a decade …

…even though they have been trying their best …

…they’ve managed to lose 100 pounds, but have stayed the same on the scales and in the mirror.

This constant state of yo-yo dieting never gives them the results they want.

Any of this sound familiar?

I thought it might.

Well, the same principles remain when tackling a health issue such as a gut issue or skin problem.

Yes, people can get short term relief following a cleansing protocol, but for true long term transformation, where their health issue is no longer a factor …

…they have to transform the way they live, they have to transform what they eat and drink, and they have to transform the way they see health.

They have to look at building their health from the inside out, not the outside in.

They have to become a person who does everything daily not to have (insert health issue here).

They have to become someone who doesn’t eat toxic, refined, heavily processed foods or cook with rancid gut destroying oils.

Someone who doesn’t wear synthetic hormone-disrupting makeup or fragrances.

Someone who doesn’t drink a bottle of wine every night before bed.

Instead, they become someone who gets 7/8 hours sleep a night.

Someone who opts for healthy life-giving organic foods, clean water, exercise, rest, recovery and play.

When you become that person, you never feel like you are being restricted, because that’s just who you are.

Living healthily becomes natural.

Not only that, people start treating you as that person too.

There’s no more trying to tempt you to eat something or drink something you don’t want anymore.

That all stops.

And that’s a reflection of who you’ve become and how people now see you.

In fact, you’ll now be someone they aspire to be like, and that’s a huge compliment.

So remember, there’s a big difference between change and transformation.

One gives short term relief and long term turmoil.

The other is the way to true freedom.

Which one you choose is up to you.
