News Flash … The 1990’s Diabetes Diet of eating 6 evenly spaced meals a day doesn’t help you burn more body fat.
Shocking I know!
Studies over the last 10 years show us the only thing it does is make us more preoccupied with food.
So, if you want to get more things done in the day, such as spending time on your life’s work, spending time with friends and family, playing a sport or performing hobby, dealing with clients or customers, leaving a legacy, or learning, then please don’t follow this 1960’s approach to manage diabetes and hypoglycaemia.
Instead, eat once or twice a day.
Not only will it mean your body will produce better fat burning results, but it will help with longevity, it will give your digestive tract a well-needed rest (we aren’t meant to be digesting food all day), and it will allow you better mental clarity throughout the day.
Oh, and if you get hungry, that’s ok … give it 10 to 20 mins and that hunger will subside.
Feeling hungry is normal for us as humans, eating 6 times a day never was.
