Contrary to what the medical industry tell you there is lots you can do for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
It’s a systemic issue, and like every other systemic issue (chronic illness) you need to follow the principles which allow the body to heal.
This can take time. And, even when you start to feel better remember to not push the body too hard.
The body is spending lots of energy healing, and pushing too hard at the wrong time can set you back.
Remember, you didn’t get ill overnight, and you won’t get better over night either.
However, if you stick to the healing principles you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in a relatively small period of your life.
The best part, once you know how to heal yourself and stay healthy, you’ll never look back.
I know patience is a virtue, – especially in our society of instant gratification – but by sticking to the principles you will get results that last you a life time, not just a few weeks.
And let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to continue to look and feel great their whole life?
Exactly.
So, if you’re suffering from CFS or any other chronic issue I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Your body can heal.
It’s default setting is health.
You just have to give it the right circumstances to be able to heal.
If you’re stuck and don’t know what to do then I recommend working with a professional that consistently gets results.
It doesn’t have to be us, just pick somebody you resonate with.
(I’ll be honest though, working with a coach will cost less and get you results quicker in the long run. It’s why I have coaches in different areas of my life.)
Either way, this is just a short message to let you know you that even if you think there’s no hope for you – like Dave did – you can heal.
I’ve seen it time and time again.
