54 – Revive Yourself – Breaking Through Barriers With Dr Glenn Livingstone Author Of Never Binge Again


So, here we are for round two with Dr Glenn Livingston, author of Never Binge Again. This time however, he’s going to be putting me through my paces to show you all exactly how his methods work.

For those of you that didn’t hear the first episode Dr Glenn Livingstone Ph.D. is a veteran psychologist and was the long time CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm which has serviced several Fortune 500 clients in the food industry. You may have seen his (or his company’s) previous work, theories, and research in major periodicals like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Sun Times, The Indiana Star Ledger, The NY Daily News, American Demographics, or any of the other major media outlets you see on this page.  You may also have heard him on ABC, WGN, and/or CBS radio, or UPN TV.

Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants.

Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more light hearted relationship with food.

His hours of research, personal experience and field experience led to him authoring the book, “Never Binge Again” which is what we were discussing in today’s show, but, this time with a twist.

Today, I’m the patient, and, Dr Livingstone will be showing you all how to tame your own food monster/inner pig/or in my case parasite, by using his methods on me.

This is a brilliant episode, as, it will give you a real life insight into how to break your cravings, as well as your limiting beliefs. It will also show you why it’s so important that you hold your word true.

As you’ll see when you listen to the episode, I overcome a lot of limiting beliefs in my own life, and, I share some deep feelings that have been holding me back.
