On Tuesday I had the pleasure of traveling to Worcester to speak to the ladies from ALM Fitness all about the 3 Secrets To Long Lasting Health.
One topic that was disgusted in depth was gut health, and how to improve it and so I shot a quick video for them outlining a few simple things they could do to easily improve their gut health.
